Assalamu alaikum, I'm Fatima Bint Saeed, an Aalimah, NCPS Accredited Psychotherapist and the founder of Peaceful Muslimah.
For many years, I've been passionate about helping Muslim women strengthen their relationship with Allah through both authentic Islamic knowledge and practical personal development. While Islamic reminders can inspire us, lasting change comes when we learn how to understand, reflect upon and implement Allah's guidance in our daily lives.
This weekly Quran Tadabbur Halaqah brings together the knowledge gained through traditional Islamic studies with practical CBT/REBT tools, helping you develop healthier thinking, strengthen your emotional wellbeing and build a closer relationship with Allah, one surah at a time.
My hope is to create more than just a weekly halaqah. I pray this becomes a supportive community of sisters who encourage one another to seek knowledge, implement the Quran and grow together for the sake of Allah.
